Lockdown has provided a number of discoveries. Thanks to this new weekly routine, I can now enjoy my Friday G&T(s?) (and the Saturday ones!!!) without any guilt!
- Every circuit is made up of five moves. I work through the moves in order from 1 to 5, performing each one for 30 seconds before moving straight on to the next exercise without resting. I only rest after the 30 seconds of move 5 are up, and then for no longer than two minutes until I joyously repeat the whole circuit.
- I do a total of four circuits, which takes around 15 minutes.
- Should I want to include cheese and nibbles to my G&T drinks, I may squeeze an extra fifth circuit at the end!!!!
