In this series Mehibe Hill, 'The-C-Coach' will explore placing the assignee and family at the heart of the assignment process by adopting a coaching approach. Mehibe will look at the impact of the assignment process and consider how to improve each stage in order to set the assignee up for success and ensure a return on investment for the organisation. In Part 1 Mehibe looks at key considerations before a move, whether on assignment or a permanent relocation, to ensure a great outcome.
In this final session of Part 1 Mehibe will be pulling together the learning so far and exploring the role of the coach and the sponsor.
