Join us on Thursday 1st November at 10am at PwC, 1 Embankment Place, London, WC2N 6DX
Our Club 100 Network Huddles are for Global Mobility professionals managing expatriate populations of less than 100 to come together to share current operational challenges and gain advice from fellow network members and industry experts.
What is a Network Huddle?
As a member of Expat Academy you are invited to join our Network Huddles. If you haven’t been to one before you may be wondering what on earth these are, how the days are run and who attends, and why our ‘Network Huddles‘ are something you don’t want to miss!
In essence, a Network Huddle is a full day meeting to share knowledge with like-minded Global Mobility professionals. Discuss current issues and challenges and receive expert advice and input from Expat Academy and our sponsors. The main aim of the day is to work collaboratively to overcome current challenges.
What is the format of the day?
Building your Network
We start the day with introductions and facilitated discussions on priorities and any current challenges and issues. You’ll be seated on small tables and the environment is relaxed and informal. There is no need to prepare in advance. This is a great environment to get to know your peers.
Each meeting two or three in-house Global Mobility professionals provide interesting updates on their policies and approaches to commonly faced issues. There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions which often leads to lively discussion.
Global Mobility Trends and insights
The Expat Academy team will share with you the latest Global Mobility trends and insights. We are extremely privileged to have access to hundreds of Global Mobility professionals who link in with us to benchmark policy and strategy. This gives us an unrivalled perspective on the latest trends in the marketplace.
A chance to relax and get to know your network members in an informal setting over a drink or two.
What our members have to say:
“I am in a stand-alone role so the opportunity to hear from other mobility professionals and find out what other mobility teams are up to is invaluable. Being able to benchmark/cross-check mobility issues with other organisations in the Club 100 Network gives me credibility as a trusted advisor in my own organisation.” Dominique Dee, Eversheds Sutherland
“I really enjoyed the pace and content of today’s session. I would like to thank Gilly for taking the time to introduce me to other members of the group. I’m looking forward to the next club 100 session in June. I hope the format will be the same as last time as I thought that the round table worked really well for networking.” Fedra Nicholls, Debenhams
” The forum to find out what other mobility teams are doing is fantastic” Steve Hawkins, AB AGRI Ltd
