What will be covered
We will take a close look at the entire project lifecycle and also highlight project management constraints. We will define the project manager role and the responsibilities that come with it. It's important to determine what successful project management looks like and we will discuss how to measure this.

It was great to be guided toward tools that can help make project management easier and less fiddly. The key takeaway I took was how to engage stakeholders and drive people doing the work I need to do so I can deliver. It was really useful to discuss the way project management failure sits with the project manager regardless of who contributed and strategies on ensuring delivery happens inside timelines through reporting and RACI/accountability.Stuart has such a great way of bringing to life how to use your voice and really gave me confidence on how to better manage myself to manage the projects around me.
