GMPD is a truly amazing and helpful platform. Being relatively new to the Global Mobility, all the materials, articles, webinars really help me firstly reconfirm the basic understanding I already have, reassure me I am on the right track, but also learn so many more new things, benefit from other companies’ and countries’ experience, and keep on top of the latest trends. It is great to know that time and effort I put in my personal development will be recognized and rewarded. The GMPD team is extremely helpful and attentive, which puts me at ease to ask questions or help.

 

 

As Global Mobility evolves, we must tackle new obstacles and adapt our mindset to think more broadly and innovatively. This for me is where GMPD comes into its own as it provides Global Mobility professionals with the platform and resources required to stay on top of these changes, while also delivering a professional accreditation at the end of it.

I describe GMPD as a very enriching experience as this program has documents, webinars and material that is very useful for acquiring knowledge on Global Mobility topics. In addition, I would like to highlight that this program has the latest news that occur globally in the Global Mobility sphere and its different associated matters. I also highlight the role of my Virtual Learning Advisor from whom I received suggestions for trainings to take to be able to reach my 40 points. I highly recommend getting certified as a GMPD!

 

 

I’ve studied on the GMPD programme for a number of years now and have found it a valuable tool to keep my global mobility knowledge up to date and relevant for the current age. I love the variety of subjects that I can choose to look at, some are purely personal and others are relevant to my day job. It’s also nice in a very busy environment to take time out for myself and my GM journey so I put aside some time once a week to do just that and choose a relevant subject.

The Learning pathways allow Equus employees to accelerate their platform learning, following both core (required) and suggested content tailored to our most relevant and pertinent topics with the business. We like to think of it as a tailored springboard, taking into account previous GM experience and sector knowledge.

 

The GMPD programme provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about the many aspects of Global Mobility. For me personally, I had a very narrow-minded view of Global Mobility after working 8 years within tax. The GMPD programme offers a wide range of training, covering different topics and provided in different forms. This has helped me to develop both personally and professionally and I look forward to applying these learnings into my Global Mobility role 

 

 

I really enjoyed the self-paced and diverse learning experience of the Global Mobility Professional Development program.   From foundational to more advanced lessons, the program covers a wide range of relevant topics.  The flexible learning structure is incredibly beneficial as it accommodates different learning styles and professional needs.

 

The GMPD accreditation programme offers an incredibly rich and well-structured range of content, from hot topics to in-depth insights, it’s suitable for all levels. As someone new to the Global Mobility space, it gave me a solid foundation and helped me grow with regularly updated, relevant material. I especially appreciated the flexible format, whether reading, watching webinars, or listening to podcasts, and the time estimates for each activity made it easy to plan around my schedule.

 

The GMPD course was a great experience for me, I enjoyed the wide range of topics and appreciated how the platform was regularly updated with the latest immigration, tax, and relocation insights. The live events were a nice touch, offering flexibility to join from anywhere across the globe. This program didn’t just keep me up to date, it simplified complexity, curated the noise of daily changes in the mobility realm, and left me with clarity I actually use. The quality and range of library content are arguably the most extensive and well curated global mobility library I've encountered, practical without being simplistic and it stays with you after you close the tab. What sets it apart is not just the breadth, but the structure: self paced, easy to digest, and designed to cut through noise. The reflection-based learning format genuinely sticks.

 

 As I am very early on in my GM career, it was the perfect way to build up my knowledge. Stuart was great support throughout and was always on hand to guide me and help me balance this course alongside my day job. There is a great variety of learning options from webinars, reading, and face to face learning. I particularly enjoyed the conferences, where I got to network and learn from others in the industry. Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had this opportunity. Thank you.

I enjoyed how this course is self-led, so you can complete it entirely at your own pace. There is also an abundance of material on all manner of mobility related topics, which helped me gain some insight on countries I've not yet had experience with - helpful for when the business is looking to expand! It was also lovely to have the encouraging personalised messages after the completion of each module.

 

For me, this isn’t just a certificate. It represents a commitment to continuously developing as a global mobility professional and staying connected to a community that shares knowledge, experience, and best practice.

 

It has been fun and very inspiring to attend the in-persons events, and the global immigration update was also very informative. The program will help you to plan your learning and keep updated in a dynamic world. You feel dedicated to develop yourself, planning a bit of learning effort every week, and enjoying it.

 

The GMPD programme offered me a great mix of technical and practical content to refresh and upskill my knowledge, with flexibility to complete modules at my own pace. The combination of online and in-person events provided excellent opportunities to network, share experiences, and learn from my peers. As someone new to the in-house environment, the programme provided an excellent introduction and overview of the key aspects of the end-to-end global mobility process.

 

This has been a superb experience! The fact that this is a self-paced training allows me to integrate trainings within my usual schedule. The available learning articles is also a wonder - this will allow you to pick and choose topics/materials that you are interested in (e.g. I was in the middle of a Comp Training when I started this and thru GMPD I've been given access to the learning materials that relates to it - this definitely helped me broaden my knowledge in Comp and answers question I had during the sessions). Thank you GMPD Team! I'll make sure to continue learning - next target is to have 100 points :)

The GMPD programme significantly strengthened my technical Global Mobility expertise and deepened my understanding of current trends and upcoming changes that directly influence my day‑to‑day responsibilities.
