Club 100 Network Huddle
From: Jun 18, 2026 @ 9:00 AM
To: Jun 18, 2026 @ 3:00 PM
Location: London

Huddles are a member-only day for our Networks to get together and discuss current hot topics, share challenges and solutions and gain an understanding of broader market practice. The day is an opportunity to meet with other Global Mobility professionals managing a similar-sized expatriate population and listen and learn from each other, the Expat Academy team and the expertise of our technical partners.
The local time of the event is 10:00 - 16:00 BST
Why you should attend
The aim of the day is to work collaboratively with your peers to overcome the challenges keeping you awake and get answers to the burning questions causing you angst. As the day’s agenda is built around what the attendees want to cover, and is finalised just a week before the Huddle, the conversations are guaranteed to be of immediate benefit.
Who should attend
Members of the Expat Academy Club 100 Network, i.e. Global Mobility professionals managing an expatriate population of fewer than 100 people
What will be covered
- Small roundtable sessions to discuss current issues
- Feedback from other tables to learn from wider experiences
- Corporate updates from members on their latest challenges and projects
- Mix, mingle and chat during regular breaks & over lunch
- Networking drinks bring the day to a close

Testimonials
The Expat Academy membership is truly valuable. It gives a great opportunity to keep learning, staying connected with peers and listening to insights as well as trends.

An excellent opportunity to meet peers and keep up to date on topical issues relevant to the industry. The huddles are really informal and you are made to feel comfortable to add to the discussions and be involved.

Club 100 sessions are always really useful. It’s an invaluable opportunity to connect with peers and sense-check ideas. ‘Hot potatoes’ are fab too and a useful opportunity to discuss those current challenges and real-time problem solve. Most of all just an opportunity to network (and a day away from the desk!) is great

I thoroughly enjoyed the huddle in London, I learnt so much and made some great notes. I’m relatively new to GM and I came away from the huddle feeling inspired and confident that I’m on the right track.
