German Network Huddle - Co-Hosted by Mercedes-Benz

An Expat Academy membership is just what every Global Mobility professional needs! It has so much to offer ranging from networking, learning about several topics and GM trends, benchmarking and gaining different peer perspectives, to the strategic input of the ever-supportive core team who check-in regularly to help with any challenge(s) being faced.

I have personally been part of this community since 2019 and am glad to have continued to be the beneficiary of its offerings even when I switched employers.

 Thank you so much for organizing the event; it was amazing! It was fabulous! I've been telling my colleagues about it and hope to attend next time with more people from Rituals. You gathered wonderful people, as always! 

 

This was the most inspirational and value-added network event I have attended! Great and professional representatives from Expat Academy. Greg provided new angles and a fresh approach to common issues for a Global Mobility professional - reframing is the new black. Great participants who generously shared experiences and best praxis. I was also very impressed by Expat Academy´s content and offer. I look forward to the next huddle and becoming an Expat Academy member!

 Thank you for organizing the first Nordic Network Huddle - and for choosing Danfoss as the host for this first session. Appreciate the perspectives you brought on the reframing of challenging mobility areas and the use of the speedometer to assess where efforts create the most value versus risk. This sparked great reflections and engaging conversations. Overall, it was a very inspiring event with strong peer exchange, and we’re glad to be part of the Expat Academy network. We look forward to continuing the dialogue in future huddles.

An exceptionally well organized and engaging Huddle. The agenda struck a strong balance between structured updates on the Middle East and open discussions about vendors, tech and policies, allowing both clarity and collaboration. The inclusion of storytelling added a valuable human dimension - bringing real experiences to life and making the content more relatable and memorable. The focus on reframing (What would Disney do?) challenged us to look at familiar topics from new perspectives. This shift of thinking encourages more innovative, solutionoriented approaches and will undoubtedly influence how we navigate future Global Mobility. Overall, it was a highly effective huddle that fostered knowledge, sharing connection and engagement across the participants. Looking forward to future huddles.

Great facilitation and open questions driving you to think outside the box in comparison to other workshops I have participated in. The list of companies was also diverse and quite good to see new faces vs. the typical events with the DK headquartered companies that always participate in Copenhagen. Very positive.

The event was great, good networking opportunities, and thought provoking discussions. The format was great, both with training sessions and interactive sessions. I liked it a lot.

Very inspiring with some fresh perspectives on the Global Mobility deliveries to bring back to organization

I attended the first ever Nordic Network Huddle in Copenhagen. It was a great event with a lot of structured interaction with the other + 25 participants. After Greg had presentation a subject we were divided into smaller groups in which we had engaging short discussions about the subject, this was the set up of the day which made it very interactive. I will definitively try to join future events.
