Join us for an evening of fun and mystery at our Charity Masked Summer Ball.
This is the perfect opportunity to don your glad rags, dust off your dancing shoes, enjoy exquisite food in the grand surroundings of The Law Society in the company of other Global Mobility professionals.
Join us on Friday 22nd June in the stunning Common Room, a majestic setting in which to enjoy our mysterious Masked Ball. The evening commences at 18:30 with a drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal. Before you can dance the night away to a live band, a charity auction/raffle will raise money for our two nominated charities* (100% of profit from ticket sales and the auction/raffle will go to the charities).
Venue: The Common Room, The Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL
Dress Code: Black tie … and a mask
Tickets: Seating is based on tables of 10 for £1,600. Individual tickets are available for £175.
To book your place to join in the fun and mystery (who is behind the mask?), contact Caroline Rowe on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to make a donation to either charity or contribute a prize for the auction/raffle, please let Caroline know.
Venkatraman Memorial Trust – This charity is dear to Expat Academy as it was set-up by Sylvia Holder, James’ aunt. The Trust provides and improves education for the children of Kovalam, near Chennai in Tamil Nadu, providing buildings, equipment, teachers, school fees, scholarships and sponsorships. The Trust also has a University Fund which funds the village’s young people who do well at school to go on to university.
Bloodwise – Close to the heart of Emma and other members of the team, Bloodwise is our other nominated charity. Bloodwise’s mission is to stop people dying from blood cancer, to make patients’ lives better, and to look for ways to stop blood cancer happening in the first place. They fund world-class research, provide practical and emotional support to patients and their loved ones and raise awareness of blood cancer.
